1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeline after dispatch:

Metro Cities 4–7 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities 5–9 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 7–12 business days

Delivery may vary due to festivals, weather, courier delays, or uncontrollable factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

If the order is returned due to:

  • ❌ Wrong/incomplete address
  • ❌ Customer unavailable
  • ❌ Phone switched off

Then reshipping charges will be applicable.

6. Packaging & Safety

All products are packed with multilayer protective packaging to avoid breakage. Even then, if damage occurs, our replacement policy applies.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. This may change in the future.

💰 Refund & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Kindly read the policy below before making a purchase.

1. Replacement Available — No Cash Refunds

We offer only replacement, not refunds. If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer:

  • ✔ Store Credit OR
  • ✔ Exchange with another product of equal value

2. 7-Day Replacement Window

You can request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery only if:

  • ✔ Wrong product received
  • ✔ Product was damaged/broken during delivery

3. Mandatory Proof Requirements

To approve a replacement request, you MUST provide:

  • 📌 Unboxing Video (Without Pause or Cut)
  • 📌 Photos of damaged/wrong product
  • 📌 Order receipt/email

Without proper proof, the request may be rejected.

4. Conditions for Replacement Approval

The product must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • With invoice & all accessories included
  • Returned only after approval and instructions from our support team

5. Replacement Not Accepted If

  • ❌ Wrong size/design selected by customer
  • ❌ Slight variation in color due to lighting/screen differences
  • ❌ Product used or damaged after delivery
  • ❌ No unboxing video provided
  • ❌ Customer changed mind after purchase

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

7. Refund Situations Allowed (Rare Cases Only)

Refund may be approved only when:

  • ✔ Shipment is lost in transit
  • ✔ Nevorika cancels the order due to product unavailability

Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days in the original payment method.
